GXT recently held a symposium for industry experts to meet and discuss the creation of guidelines for Hands On Adjustments (HOA) in all genres of group classes.

We looked at the following:

• Insurance implications.
• HOA for increase in range of motion (ROM)
• HOA for awareness and posture
• HOA for comfort and therapy

The results of this discussion formulated guidelines that we feel will benefit new and experienced teachers when deciding whether to include HOA’s.
