Level 4 Yoga Teacher Training

This qualification is designed for people who love yoga and want to learn how to teach a physical multi level practice, learning about traditional yoga, while keeping their heads and feet firmly in the here and now.
We create a foundation by understanding the principles of traditional yoga and then build upon the physical practice with the very latest understanding of how the body works and how everyone can improve their practice in your sessions.
Freestyle Yoga is trademarked for the use of Level 4 Freestyle Yoga teachers only.
Full use of title and logo is allowed by all graduating with their level 4 diploma.

Qualification Overview
The Focus Awards Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga (RQF) is aimed at experienced yoga practitioners and those learners working in the fitness industry and want add teaching yoga to their portfolio of qualifications.
The Focus Awards level 4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga (RQF) will provide learners with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become competent and professional teachers of Yoga.

Qualification Structure
In order to successfully achieve the Focus Awards Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga (RQF) learners must complete all 5 Mandatory units.
Leaner Entry Requirements
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, but it is recommended that learners will have been regularly practising Yoga competently for 3 years.
Unit exemptions:
If you have a current level 2 qualification within 3 years you are exempt from completing this worksheet. You will need to include your certificate with your final workbook submission for assessment
