Jane has over 20 years of experience as a qualified fitness instructor, this individual has a passion for maintaining fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Regularly teaching ETM body conditioning, aqua aerobics, fitness Pilates, fitness yoga, and Les Mills Body Balance, they bring enthusiasm and expertise to every class. In addition to instructing, they serve as a tutor and assessor for GXT, mentoring the next generation of fitness professionals and guiding them toward reaching their full potential. Since joining GXT in 2017, they have been instrumental in delivering courses such as Level 2 Group Fitness, Level 3 Pre/Postnatal, and Level 3 Programming for Older Adults, providing support and guidance to students embarking on their journeys in the fitness industry.
