Scope of practice is a set of guidelines that describe what a professionally recognised instructor can do in their job. It’s a celebration of everything you know and puts the power of change in your hands.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga instructors can now be professionally recognised by EMD UK, showcasing their skillset and making them more employable.

EMDUK are the national governing body for group exercise, dedicated to achieving a vision of healthier communities through group exercise. They work with instructors, operators and organisations across the sector to provide help, support and advice and to ensure that group exercise continues to inspire people of all ages and abilities to take part in physical activity.
