GXT offer respectful and generous booking/payment systems for all of our loyal customers. We simply ask that you afford us the same respect in making bookings/payments timely and in full.

Booking events, qualifications & making a purchase

Bookings & purchases may be placed on line using Swipe and Paypal or over the phone with all major credit cards. Please note that our offices are open Mon – Fri from 9am – 5.30pm. Should you require specific help please do call between these hours on 07989433969

Payment

Group X Training accepts all major debit and credit cards and cheque payments made to ‘Group X Education’. Cards will be authorised and charged at the time of order.

Credit card Security, Delivery, and out of stock items

You can rest assured knowing that your transaction with GXT is completely safe and secure. Your purchase is made via Swipe or Paypal or dealt with by GXT staff. We do not store credit card details nor do we on any occasion share details with any 3rd parties. GXT aims to confirm bookings and ship all items within 48hours unless the item is out of stock. In the event of this happening you will receive notification from our team as soon as is possible. Should items be no longer available due to unprecedented demand, GXT will offer you a choice of refund or alternative product, to the value of the purchase. Please note that our office is closed Saturdays, Sunday s and all Bank Holidays.

Refund Policy on Qualification & Event bookings

GXT offers a 24 hour cooling off period and will provide a full refund for bookings made in error and cancelled within this time. During this 24 hour period learning materials are loaded into your account and we respect that you do not access them within the initial 24 hour period if considering a refund. Once learning materials have been accessed, viewed or downloaded there will be a 50% reduction in refunds should you change your mind within the window of consideration. After 24 hours all deposits and or payments are none refundable and the whole of the balance shall immediately become due and payable. We do however respect our loyal customers and in certain circumstances, transfers or exchanges will be made.

Part payment Scheme

No qualification is completed until full payment is made. No certificates are issued until full payment is made. If the client misses or abuses the relaxed and respectful policy put into place by GXT then their qualification is suspended until payments are made. We hope that you will endeavour to contribute payments on a monthly basis using our part payment login system. If payments are missed and communications are ignored it will be referred to a third party collector and you will be responsible for any extra costs incurred, please see below.

• If payment of an instalment is not made on the due date, the whole of the balance outstanding under this agreement shall immediately become due and payable, plus costs of collection.
• Interest is calculated at 8% per annum in accordance with section 69 of the county court act 1984.

If you break the Terms of your Agreement we will charge you up to £25 for any of the following:

• Unpaid Invoices
• Letters sent to you as a result of your breech of this Agreement.

Qualification and Event Correspondence

All confirmations, notes, cancellations & certificates will be emailed. We offer a postal service at an extra fee depending on the size of the materials and the event or qualification selection.

Event Cancellations

On rare occasions GXT may cancel events. GXT will notify you by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled event and will offer you a transfer or a refund.

Conformity of Goods

Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and is correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.

Payment

www.groupxtraining.com accepts most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo and American Express. We also accept payment via Paypal.  

Course Expiry

All level 2, 3 and 4 courses have an expiry date. Level 2 qualifications provide 2 years from the date of booking. Level 3 & 4 qualifications provide 3 years from the date of booking. If you do not complete within the ⅔ year window an extension can be provided upon a payment covering registration fees, administration and assessors fees. These prices are subject to change and will be issued upon request. GXT retain the right to refuse re registration based upon the learners performance and conduct on and during their original course booking.

PRIVACY

Your Details 

To place an order with us online, registration is required. At the point of registration, we request certain information including your name, delivery and email address and payment card details. This information is required to enable us to process your order and notify you of its progress.

Information we use, how & why

Once an order has been placed, we will contact you by automated email to confirm your order details and again once your order has been accepted and despatched. Should we need to contact you for any reason regarding your order, we will use the email address registered to your account, or the telephone number where provided.

After you have registered an account with us, we would also like to send you regular emails with details of our latest products and special offers.

With the exception of feedback requests or assistance with delivery, we will never pass your e-mail address to any other organisation. For the sole purpose of aiding a delivery, your contact details may be shared with the chosen carrier.

Unsubscribing

If you no longer wish to receive emails from us with details of our seasonal products, latest offers and events, please follow the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the foot of the latest email received.

Calls may be recorded, for the purpose of quality monitoring and training.

Safety & Security

Our website uses the latest secure server technology to ensure your information is protected to the highest standard, whenever you place an order or access your account information. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software we use encrypts the information you input, ensuring that it is virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you provide.

Once an order has been placed, we don’t store the details of your payment card, with the exception of the last four digits and a unique token reference provided by your card issuer. This eliminates the need for merchants, e-commerce sites and operators of mobile wallets to store sensitive payment card data on their networks and reduces the risk of fraud.

Liability

We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. We may modify these Conditions at any time by posting the Conditions on our website.

Group X Training  do not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Group X Training nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Group X Training or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Group X Training   and any other associated company of Group X Training  as if references to Group X Training  included references to each such associated company.

While Group X Training  uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Group X Training  will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

While Group X Training takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

Group X Training  will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of the Group X Training web pages are owned or controlled by Group X Training. In accessing www.groupxtraining.com web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of the www.groupxtraining.com web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Group X Training.

Third Party Information

We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for products are those stated on the Group X Training material.

Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
