Freestyle Yoga 25th Year Anniversary

I still cannot believe that I created Freestyle Fitness Yoga 25 years ago! It has been an absolute roller coaster ride, I could tell you story after story on the ups and downs of taking yoga and modernising it for a fitness audience. The hard work is done and while it may not be plain sailing from now on, I am confident that the brand is fully established and can hold its head up high in the world of Yoga. 2025 sees its evolution by changing its title to Freestyle Yoga. I will be presenting FY at live events and will launch celebratory innovations throughout the year

YogaFit Retreats

Every year, twice a year, for the past 10 years, I head of to Ibiza to join the YogaFit team. I learn so much, can indulge all of my new ideas and have come to rely on these retreats for my creative inspiration. I haul iGuru stock the I340 miles from Leicester to Ibiza and you can find me in my little shop, happy as can be for 1 week in April & October.
